Meet The Team
Hi! I'm Kan - your friendly Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach from Quality Care Victoria. I have a background in Psychology and am currently studying my Masters in Social Work. I have worked with all kinds of people and families in my three years in this role. My passion for working with people comes from my lived experience of disability. Problem solving is exciting for me. I find it rewarding to help others live their best life and work towards new goals.

Hi, I'm Naomi, a Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach at Quality Care VIC & NSW. I have lived experience of disability and have also completed my Cert IV in Mental Health. Outside of work, I am a mum of two kids so you can say that I am good at managing multiple demands! I enjoy supporting people to solve problems and help them with their care.
